SHIPPING POLICY:

First Origin LLP is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to wrong addresses, missing information or not having someone present to receive packages. If there is a house number, apartment number, or building number, please be sure to include that on your order.

First Origin LLP ships Monday to Saturday. We do not ship on sundays and public holidays in India. Our shipping cut-off time is 5pm IST (Indian Standard Time). Orders placed after 5pm IST will be processed the next business day.

You will always receive an email with the shipping number which will help you track your order on the website of our logistics partners.

Delivery time is subject to the location of delivery. On order placement, you will receive an email with the expected delivery time. Deliveries are made between Monday to Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sunday.

There is only one standard shipping option on the website. And shipments will reach you before 7 working days from the day of the order. In case you want an expedited delivery, please write to assist@infiniteaoriginals.com or call +91-8296077554 and we can check if an express shipping option is available for your pin code.

For international shipping, we work primarily with FedEx and EMS (India Post) to deliver our teas worldwide. FedEx service takes up to 5-8 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 30-45 working days for delivery.
