1. Where do you source your teas from?
Along with our own gardens in Darjeeling and Siliguri in India, we source our teas from top quality tea gardens around the world.

2. Who makes your tea blends?
All our exotic and refreshingly unique tea blends are created by Chef & Tea Master Mr.Gaurav Saria.

3. Where can I buy your teas offline?
Our restaurants stock all our teas.

4. Are all your teas organic?
We have a separate section for oragnic tea blends on our website.

5. Are your teas artificially flavoured?
All flavours used in our tea blends are natural.

6. Under what conditions should I store my teas?
Tea can be stored in the packaging sent by us. The packet should be resealed with the zip lock. Please compress them to confirm that the lock is secured and there is no leakage of air else the tea’s aroma will escape. We vacuum pack and nitrogen flush our teas to ensure that the flavor is locked inside the leaves. Until the pack is opened, the tea will stay as fresh as the day it was made.

7. How many cups of tea will 100 grams make?
On an average you can make 40-50 cups.

8. How do I know whether my order has gone through successfully?
You will be sent an SMS confirmation as soon the order is successfully placed followed by an email with tracking details and date of dispatch.

9. How can I track my order?
You can track your order through our logistics partner websites.

10. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our products worldwide to all pin locations serviced by our logistics partners.

11. How long will it take for my order to get delivered?
Delivery time is subject to the location of delivery. On order placement, you will receive an email with the expected delivery time.

12. How long should I brew my teas?
Brewing time differs for different teas. Refer to the brewing guide for the tea type you want to brew.

13. How much tea leaves do I put for one cup of tea?
Refer to our brewing guide.

14. Is the delivery free?
Orders of ₹ 1500 and above are eligible for free delivery.

15. I have received a broken/damaged/wrong item from my order. What should I do?
Please send your claim mail to within 24 hours of receiving the package. Send the broken/damaged/wrong item back to us and we will credit for shipping and the tea/teaware. Or we will ensure the right item is sent to you once we receive the returned package. Please visit to check our refund/return/exchange/cancellation policy.

16. Can I change/cancel my order once it is placed?
You can cancel the order for no additional charge if the the order is still not scheduled to leave our warehouse and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment after we receive the funds from your bank. If you wish to cancel your order, after it has been dispatched, you will have to send it back to our warehouse in Bangalore and we will credit the refund to your original method of payment within 14 business working days. 17. How to use a Promotion Code
If you have an Infinitea Originals promotion code, you can enter it while viewing your shopping cart during check out. The promotion code discount will be reflected in the TOTAL amount and below each eligible product if the code is accepted.
