Its distinct sweetness develops over the course of only 2 weeks each year in Darjeeling's Gopaldhara Estate. The brewed cup is reminiscent of the Muscat family of grapes (from which it gets its name, Muscatel). The high measure of flavonoids in the tea are known to lower levels of bad cholestrol (LDL) and elevate levels of good cholestrol (HDL).

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Take one teaspoon of tea (2-2.5g) per cup and one more for the pot. Let the freshly boiled water rest for 30 seconds and then pour it over the tea. Cover the pot and allow it to steep for 4 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Tastes best without milk or sugar.
STORING INSTRUCTIONS
Store in an opaque, dry, air tight jar which is free of aromas and not made of plastic. Keep away from heat and moisture. Consume as quickly as possible.
